INTERMEDIATE SWIMMERS Practice 8:00 - 9:00 a.m. Intermediate swimmers have the knowledge and ability to swim all 4 strokes. They will work on mastering each stroke's technique. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
ADVANCED SWIMMERS Practice 6:45 - 8:15 a.m. Advanced swimmers are previous swim team members who have mastered the 4 swim strokes. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
